Bill is OW's most senior litigation lawyer and his practice focuses on Civil Litigation. He has appeared before most levels of court and various administrative tribunals including the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Municipal Board. Bill represents property and casualty insurers in defence and subrogation matters and both employers and employees in employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal cases. In 1997, he was certified as a specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
