William C. King

Bill's practice concentrates on Business and Corporate Law and Real Estate Law. He advises on all aspects of business law with an emphasis on business transactions and acquisitions, shareholder/partnership agreements, commercial financing and franchising. Bill also works closely with tax accountants to assist clients with estate planning and tax-related reorganizations.
