William W. Walker
Bill was OWT's most senior litigation lawyer and his practice focused on Civil Litigation. In 1997, he was certified as a specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Bill represented property and casualty insurers in defence and subrogation matters and both employers and employees in employment law matters.
In 2016, Bill decided to start spending more time with his family and less time in the court, but remains as counsel in an advisory role to O'Flynn Weese's litigation group.
