Matt practices exclusively in the areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law where he assists clients with incorporations, restructurings and shareholder agreements, succession planning, the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate, and commercial agreements.
Matt works within the commercial and corporate law group at O’Flynn Weese. Matt also works closely with the litigation lawyers at O’Flynn Weese to provide clients with the highest level of legal representation when clients require assistance in matters involving multiple areas of the law including complex corporate and commercial litigation, family law and estate planning.
Matt’s clients include individuals and a broad range of new and existing businesses both large and small from all sectors. He also has experience representing professional corporations and municipal governments.
Matt was born and raised in the Stirling area and now lives in Belleville with his wife Meaghan and their two young children.
Matt is the past President of the board of directors of the Belleville and District Chamber of Commerce and the past Chair of the board of directors of the Community Advocacy and Legal Centre.
