Mark is a partner in the firm's litigation group, and is available to assist in all manner of disputes, including civil, small claims, and administrative proceedings.
Mark attended law school at Queen’s University, winning awards for his achievement of the highest standing in Property Law, and Real Estate Transactions courses. He was also repeatedly recognized as a Dean’s List Scholar for his standing in the top ten percent of his class.
Prior to attending law school, Mark completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa, before earning a Master’s degree in Urban Planning at Queen’s University. After completing his Master’s degree, Mark worked as a Land Use Planner with a local municipality, gaining valuable planning and development experience. Mark remains a non-practicing member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
Mark is attentive to detail, responsive to clients, and passionate about his work. He takes care to thoroughly understand the circumstances faced and applicable law, providing clear and comprehensive advice, and strongly advocating for his clients.
Mark was born and raised in Tweed, where he continues to reside.
